OIL SMASHER STATE OF THE ART

Introducing FUJIOH patented Oil Smasher technology which uses high-speed spinning disk.

Spinning at high speed, the Oil Smasher disk captures most of the oil in the oil fumes. The oil is then spun off by the centrifugal force and collected on the oil tray.

This Oil Smasher technology not only captures maximum oil from the cooking fumes, but also maintains the inside of the cooker hood clean, which prolongs the lifespan of the cooker hood.

The Oil Smasher technology is available exclusively in FR-CL1890 cooker hood.

Oil smasher oil capturing test results

FUJIOH conducted oil capturing test* using different cooking oil to find the effect caused by the different oil used.

During the test, 5 common cooking oils, olive oil, corn oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil and soyabean oil were used. This test was conducted on FR-CL1890V.

Oil Smasher VS FUJIOH's poular and traditional deep type cooker hood

FUJIOH conducted test* using FUJIOH’s cooker hood with OIL SMASHER and another cooker hood without OIL SMASHER (BDR-3HL) to compare the degree of oil adhesion on the internal fan.

During the test period, the OIL SMASHER’s spinning disk and oil tray were washed once every three months while the filter of BDR-3HL (without coating) was cleaned once a month.

The result showed that the OIL SMASHER technology prevents much oil and dust from entering the fan, keeping the internal parts of cooker hood clean.
