Before the formation of the joint venture, “JK MARKETING SDN. BHD.”, was formerly known as the authorized distributor of FUJIOH INTERNATIONAL TRADING PTE. LTD. in Malaysia. The company was formally established as new subsidiary and renamed as "FUJIOH MARKETING MALAYSIA SDN. BHD." on April 1st, 2021.

FUJIOH INTERNATIONAL TRADING PTE. LTD. (FIT) is a Fuji Industrial subsidiary that provides housing equipment to Asia and other world markets. It follows the design philosophy originally developed by Fuji Industrial in Japan.

FIT was established in Singapore in 1993 to serve the Asian market. Currently, Fujioh products are also sold in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brunei, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. FIT uses Japanese design and approaches to provide products designed to meet user needs. For cooker hoods, these needs include efficient suction due to rectifier panel, thoughtfully designed oil capturing internal design and low noise level. The company also has a line-up of gas hobs, ovens, microwave oven, instant water heaters and sinks. It is working to help enrich the lives of customers by providing a comprehensive line-up of kitchen equipment.
