TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY ***
(VALID IN MALAYSIA ONLY)

This product is fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing defaults
inclusive of parts and service as per below policy.

Gas Hob	2 years general + lifetime warranty on toughened glass	2 years general warranty	FUJIOH gas hob is covered by warranty as follows:- (a) 1st & 2nd year warranty-includes transport & labor charges, (b) Lifetime warranty against toughened glass-includes parts but excludes transport & labor.
Induction Hob/Hybrid Hob	2 years general + 1 year additional extension warranty	2 years general warranty	FUJIOH induction hob/hybrid hob is covered by warranty as follows:- (a) 1st & 2nd year warranty-includes transport & labor charges, (b) 3rd year warranty-includes parts but excludes transport & labor.
Built-in Oven/Built-in Microwave Oven	2 years general + 1 year additional extension warranty	2 years general warranty	FUJIOH oven/microwave oven is covered by warranty as follows:- (a) 1st & 2nd year warranty-includes transport & labor charges, (b) 3rd year warranty-includes parts but excludes transport & labor.
Instant Water Heater	Not applicable	1 year general warranty	FUJIOH instant water heater is covered by 1-year warranty covering transport, parts & labor.
Instant Water Heater Heating Element	Not applicable	5 years general warranty	FUJIOH instant water heater’s heating element is covered by warranty as follows:- (a) 1st year warranty-includes transport, parts & labor, (b) 2nd to 5th year warranty includes parts, but excludes transport & labor.

The warranty becomes effective only when we have received the online warranty data or the warranty card with all details duly completed,
WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE DELIVERY.

THE WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

The defects are not or have not been caused by reasons including but not limited to any accident, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alteration, improper modification, improper installation of parts, unauthorized repair, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, use of faulty equipment and/or use of appliances not supplied or authorized by FMM including but not limited to the gas regulator or due to any persons operating the product contrary to instructions given by FMM. At all times, FMM shall always have the sole discretion to decide if the defect has been caused by the reason above.
The product has not been tampered with or modified in anyway or by an unauthorized service organization or by any person(s) not expressly authorized by FMM.
In the event you require service of the cooker hood/gas hob/induction hob/hybrid hob/oven/microwave oven/instant water heater, you are required to inform your warranty number together with the sales receipt/invoice. FMM will try its best to accommodate the requested date and time of service but reserves the absolute right and discretion to schedule the date and time or service, subject always to its service timetable. FMM reserves the right to impose additional charges or may refuse to attend to any products installed in locations which are inaccessible and/or hazardous to its service agents.
Lifetime warranty against toughened glass shatter for toughened glass hob only. Shattered glass will only be replaced 1 time only, subject to the appliance are safe to use. Service, transport and any parts changed are chargeable if exceed warranty period.
The warranty does not cover the following: -
1. Parts worn out through normal wear & tear, corrosion, rust or stain.
2. Claims from missing or damaged parts upon receipt.
3. Damages caused by lightning, water, other liquid intrusion, fire or negligence (include installation).
4. External sources such as transit damage or weather.
5. Malfunctions or damages resulting from acts of God, fire, civil-unrest, lightning and other natural disaster or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
The warranty becomes null and void if:-
1. The product in question is or has been used for commercial purposes or loaned to other people not under control of the owner of the said product.
2. It is altered, erased, or defaced in any manner.
3. The serial number of the appliances has been altered, tampered with or removed.
4. If any of the events and/or acts in points 1, 2, 4 and 5 occur.
All defective items must be reported to us within three (3) months from the date of delivery or the warranty shall be void.
FMM liability under this warranty is limited to repairing and/or replacing defective products only. The purchaser will have no claim under this warranty in respect of personal injury, damages to property or any consequential damage.
FMM reserves the right to charge for Service and Transport if call up for service for the respective cases despite during warranty period:
1. Gas meter or gas regulator did not turn on – Cannot light up fire
2. Wrong gas version – Cannot light up fire
3. Gas regulator did not connect properly – Flame too small
4. Battery weak or used up – Cannot or difficult to light up fire
5. Burner cap not properly sit on burner cap/head – Irregular flame
6. Supplied wiring problem – Not working
7. Power supply did not turn on – Not working
The warranty applies only to customers who make a purchase on or after July 1, 2023, as indicated by the purchase invoice date. For purchases made before July 1, 2023, please refer to the terms and conditions specified in your warranty card.
If there is Non-observance of clause 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, FMM reserves the right to reject the warranty claim.
