Every FUJIOH cooker hood includes a specially designed rectifier panel. Engineered to reduce the air inlet opening, the rectifier panel allows for increased suction speed. Each model undergoes smoke capturing tests to ensure efficient suction performance. The rectifier panel is tailored for optimum shape and position. The rectifier panel’s optimum shape and position is deduced through analysing the air flow path as necessary.
As the cooking fumes are captured, the oil separation process integrated in our FUJIOH technology filtrates captured fumes into oil through rectifier panel, filter and fan. Oil is then captured in the oil tray, reducing oil accumulation in the inner body of the cooker hood and keeping the cooker hood running in optimum condition for a longer time.
